These assets are used to provide an accurate representation of the Genuine Authentic Products we sell.

  • Our Content: Any original site design, custom graphics, or proprietary text is owned by legittech.lk.

  • Usage: You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any content from this site for commercial purposes without prior written consent from legittech.lk or the respective brand owners.

SECTION 3 – SHIPPING & TEMPORARY PICKUP

While legittech.lk operates primarily as an online store with island-wide delivery, we understand that some customers may prefer to collect their orders.

  • Delivery: We provide Colombo Same Day and 3-5 day island-wide shipping.

  • Temporary Pickup: For customers who prefer to collect their items, a temporary pickup location is available in Kottawa.

  • Procedure: Pickup details and the specific address will be provided only upon customer request once the order has been confirmed. Please contact our support team to coordinate a pickup.

SECTION 4 – ACCURACY OF GENUINE PRODUCTS

At legittech.lk, we specialize exclusively in Genuine Authentic Products. While we make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products, we cannot guarantee that your device’s screen will perfectly render colors. All product descriptions are provided by the manufacturers to ensure technical accuracy.

SECTION 5 – MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service without notice.

SECTION 6 – ORDERS AND BILLING

We reserve the right to refuse any order. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases. Accurate contact details are required to facilitate both delivery and temporary pickup in Kottawa.

SECTION 7 – WARRANTY AND AFTER-SALES SERVICE

All products sold on legittech.lk are 100% Genuine and carry a 1-Year Warranty unless otherwise stated. Warranty claims are handled through our online support channel. Warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, or unauthorized repairs.

SECTION 8 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka.
