RETURNS and EXCHANGE POLICY

At legittech.lk, we are committed to providing 100% Genuine Authentic Products. To maintain our high standards of quality and competitive online pricing, we adhere to the following policy regarding returns and exchanges.

No Returns Accepted

We do not accept returns on any purchased items for a cash refund. We kindly ask that you carefully review your order, product specifications, and compatibility before finalizing your purchase at www.legittech.lk.

Exchanges

Exchanges can be initiated within 7 days of product dispatch or order completion. To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The item(s) must be in their original, unopened condition with the factory seal intact.

  • The original invoice must be presented.

  • The new item must be of equal or higher value than the original purchase (the difference must be paid). We do not facilitate exchanges for items of lesser value.

  • Note: Exchanges are not available for items purchased during sale periods or promotional events.

Order Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted under specific conditions before the item is dispatched.

  • Refund Method: Approved cancellations will be refunded in the form of Store Credit equivalent to the value of the cancelled item.

  • Processing: If you have not received your store credit within 10 business days of an approved cancellation, please contact us at support@legittech.lk.

  • Sale Items: Order cancellations are not possible for orders placed during sale times.

Damages and Issues (24-Hour Reporting)

Please inspect your order immediately upon reception (via delivery or at our Kottawa temporary pickup).

  • If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order.

  • We will evaluate the issue immediately to provide a replacement or a store credit solution. Reports made after 24 hours may not be eligible for a “Dead on Arrival” replacement.

Freebies & Promotional Items

  • Freebies are dispatched at random. We cannot accommodate specific color selections or requests.

  • Exchanges or returns are strictly not allowed for free or promotional items.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns/exchanges on:

  • Items with broken seals or damaged retail packaging.

  • Sale items or Gift Cards.

Refunds (Store Credit Only)

Once we receive and inspect your returned item (for an approved exchange or cancellation), we will notify you of the status. If approved, you will be issued Store Credit within 10 business days. Please note: Refunds/Credits are issued for the item value only; shipping charges are non-refundable.
